Copper Mold
We use advanced equipment and high technology for mechanical and Eelectro-plating processing. We monitor the results in order to get high quality products with interesting performance. Only on the local market 200 customers have been supplied. Customized special mould tubes and special products, developed for foreign customers, has been exported to more than 39 countries between Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania.
Type of molds:
Square, Rectangular, Round and Beam Blank copper mould tubes. We develops continuously new large and super large size. We can offer more than 1.800 sets of tooling patterns, mould assembly and other spare parts. Also assembled beam blank moulds can be produced. We can plate up to 1200mm diameter and the widest mould plate goes up to 3800mm.
Mold Coating
The hard chrome plating provides an efficient anti-wearing protection on the interior surface of the mould tubes increasing the life time. We can check and recommend the best range of plating thickness. Based on our experience, we can provide Chrome coating, Ni-Cr coating and Ni-Co coating in order to meet the demand of our customers.
Mold Material
TP2
This material is used the most of the steel plants .It shows excellent heat-proof and snit-fatigue property under high temperature and it has good processing property.
CuAg0.1
Adding 0.08%-0.12% silver during copper ingots melting will increase the re-crystallization temperature of copper by 100℃ which will increase the heat stress and anti-abrasive property of copper mould tube interior surface, showing better heat-resistant property than Tp2.
Lingottiere - Cristallizzatori
Utilizziamo attrezzature all'avanguardia ed alta tecnologia sia per la lavorazione meccanica sia per l'Electro-Plating. Monitoriamo i risultati ottenuti in modo da ottenere un prodotto finale di alta qualità con prestazioni e durata ragguardevoli. Solo sul mercato locale già 200 clienti sono stati forniti mentre molti prodotti vengono esportati (anche sviluppati appositamente per il clinete finale) in oltre 39 paesi tra Europa, Asia, America, Africa ed Oceania.
Tipologie di Lingottiere
Tubolari per billette quadre, rettangolari, tonde, poligonali, beam blank. Sviluppiamo di continuo nuove lingottiere di grandi e grandissime dimensioni. Possiamo offrie oltre 1.800 sets, mold assemblati e altra ricambistica collegata, vari tipi di lingottiere piane e beam blanks anche assemblate. Siamo in grado di effetture l'elettro-placcatura fina a 1200mm di diametro e fino a 3800mm di larghezza.
Rivestimenti
Rivestimento in cromo garantiscono uno strato protettivo anti-usura che aumenta la vita della lingottiera. Possiamo verificare e raccomandare la migliore tipologia e spessore di rivestimento.
Basandoci sulla nostra esperienza possiamo effettuare Cormatura, rivestimento in Ni-Cr ed anche in Ni-Co in base alle richieste del cliente.
Materiali
TP2
Questo materiale viene usato nella maggior parte delle acciaierie. Mostra un eccellente reazione al calore ed ottime proprietà meccaniche sotto stress termico permettendo buone capacità produttivi.
CuAg0.1
Aggiungendo 0,08%-0,12% di argento, durante la fusione del lingotto in rame, si ottiene un aumento di 100°C della temperatura di ri-cristallizzazione. Ciò aumenta la resistenza allo stress termico e le proprietà anti-abrasive della siperficie interna. Le capacità di resistere al calore risultano migliorate rispetto al TP2.
